Shrub, height 2m Notable for lack of hairs on leaf underside.. Growing in dry evergreen thicket on dolostone karst. Heavily dominated by Bursera simaruba with Pilosocereus sp. Plumeria obtusa, Exothea paniculata, Agave sobolifera and Capparis flexuosa.
