Large tree, height 12m Locally scattered. DBH 20cm.Stiff erect branches. Smooth grey bark with Sap-Sucker drillings.. Growing in dry evergreen woodland on dolostone karst. Bursera simaruba, Chionanthes caymanense,Hypelate trifoliata,Sideroxylon salicifolium, Tabebuia heterphylla and Sweitena mahagoni.
