• Enumeration and discussion of all characters and character state delimitations. (see Stevens 1991)
• Delimitation of OTUs (possibly with PCA or aother analyses or a philosophical argument on how OTUs were delimieted).
• Phylogenetic methods (explain all methods, outgroup and taxa and character choices and settings used in programs - cite relevant papers)
• The analyses (show your matrices and all trees or consensus trees)
• Results (show tree length, informative vs. non-informative characters, Measures of support and consistency - explain why you used which measures).
